Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Productcotton Concrete wants productcotton.living to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim for a site that as many people as possible can use. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely recognized standard.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we try to:
- Use clear headings in a logical order
- Add text alternatives to meaningful images
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Make the site usable with a keyboard alone
- Build layouts that work on phones, tablets and desktops
- Write in plain, everyday language
- Label form fields clearly
Current Gaps
Parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a contractor, or email contact@productcotton.living and we will do what we can to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your comments on the site's accessibility. Email contact@productcotton.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is never finished. We will keep it in mind with each update to the site.
